GENERAL FAQ

Is it true that you’re really just selling empty boxes?

Yes, the legends are true. We sell empty cardboard boxes with fake products and brands printed on the outside that you then hide your real gift inside so when your recipient opens it, they realize they’ve been pranked.

What should the real gift be?

That depends on the person you’re gifting it to. Got a friend who’s into fishing? Put some lures and hooks inside our Noggin’ Net box. Maybe you’re going to a housewarming party and want to trick the new tenants into thinking you got them a Junk Drawer Starter Kit, but when they open it up they see it’s a silverware set or one of those cross stitches that say “Home is where the heart is.” The world is your oyster! Hey, maybe put an oyster in the box!

Can I change the address or add more products to my order?

Due to the speed of the internet, once an order is placed there is zero to no time for us to change any details on the order. That being said, you can always email us (info@pranko.com) immediately and we may be able to help. Include your order number and the issue you are having. You may also be able to contact the shipping provider and work with them to update the address.

Can I buy these boxes on Amazon?

Yes, but you’ll get a better deal if you buy them here. Especially if you’re stocking up.

I purchased a Prank-O product through Amazon. Should I contact you if I have questions?

No, please contact Amazon Customer Service and they will be able to answer any questions you have.

SHIPPING/RETURNS FAQ

How do I make a return?

Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after you have received your order. Please email us (info@pranko.com) and we will start your return. But just know that we are super sad that your prank won’t be happening.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Prank-O domestically and to Canada through Amazon.ca (Canada)

Can I ship my order directly to the person I am trying to prank?

Yes, but our boxes all ship flat and empty. You will need to fold it into a box, put your real gift inside, and wrap it before the pranking magic can happen.

I never received my order, what should I do?

That’s not good, but we are here to help. If you haven’t done so already, find and open the shipping confirmation email you received.It will include a tracking number, and will give you the status of your order.

If the tracking information says it was delivered, we recommend you check the back door, front door, your creepy neighbor’s house, or any other place you can think it might be.

You may also want to check with your family members or roommates to see if they grabbed it by accident. We don’t mean to insult your intelligence here, but you’d be surprised how often a missing package shows up in one of those places. Seriously, like 9 out of 10 times. We didn’t actually do the math but it’s probably in the ballpark. Still no order? Please send us an email (info@pranko.com) with your name, order number, and what was ordered. Then we’ll work with you to crack the case.

My order arrived damaged, or incomplete.

We’ve invested heavily in building the greatest fleet of fulfillment robots and delivery drones the world has ever seen, but they occasionally make mistakes. Please send us an email (info@pranko.com) with your order number and what’s missing or damaged. After that we’ll get it straightened out.

I ordered a Prank Gift Box and all I received was a flat empty box, where is the product I ordered?

Oh, boy. This again? Alright, here we go. Prank Gift Boxes are empty boxes designed to be used as practical jokes. The product depicted on the box you ordered does not actually exist, and the world is better off for it.

We try to make this as clear as possible by explaining this on almost every page. If you still want to email us and admit that you didn’t understand, you can contact us here. We promise to be nice, but understand we will be laughing at you around the water cooler.
