I recently bought 2 PRANK-O boxes for my daughter-in-law, who will be having a baby soon. The package inadvertently wound up being forwarded to a temporary address in Honolulu. The PRANK-O folks discovered that after contacting my local post office as they attempted to identify how my package wound up in Honolulu. I hadn't even considered that it was my error, not theirs. Several emails, ensued, starting with the 1st one in which I told the PRANK-O folks it was their mistake and asked them to rectify it. When I realized that it had been forwarded and it was actually my fault, I sincerely apologized. I thanked them and told them I would be disappointed because the package, if sent from Hawaii, would not arrive in the time frame that I needed. They then took it upon themselves to send a replacement order to my Oregon address -- free of charge!! Though I offered to pay for the 2nd order, they declined. Each time I contacted them they responded to me respectfully while honestly considering what had happened in a very human and understanding manner. I can't say enough about the stellar treatment and communications that I received as they helped to resolve the issue. The customer service folks are Super Stars!! With that being said, the PRANK-O boxes are extremely creative and down right hilarious!! I can't wait for my next opportunity to give a PRANK-O gift box to another unsuspecting friend!! This company is THE BEST all the way around!!
