Missed Opportunity

Unfortunately due to the fact that Pranko was so efficient they shipped this package ahead of when I predicted they would so it was then forwarded to a home in Hawaii which we had just left. Though the Pranko folks were great about reshipping this to me, without charge, it did not arrive in time for my daughter's delivery( they also chose to induce her delivery early, otherwise it would have made it). So the best I can do is review the Pranko folks' Customer Service Department, which went above and beyond to get another shipment out to me ASAP. Had I received the package in time I've no doubt my son and daughter-in-law would have been at first both puzzled and surprised by the package followed by a good laugh! Thank you Pranko for doing your best to make it work!! I will definitely keep you in mind for future gifts!!
