Take it easy. Prank Pack™ still exists as our product line of prank gift boxes. We renamed the company Prank-O so that eventually we can make additional hilarious things beyond Prank Packs.

That is correct. Prank Packs are empty boxes with fake products and brands printed on the outside.

Returns are accepted within the first 10 days after receipt of the product. We cannot accept returns from international customers. Please email us and we will start your return. But just know that we are super sad that your prank won’t be happening.

Return Process:
Email info@pranko.com and include your order number. Our top-notch customer service team will get back to you within 2 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds, less shipping costs, will be issued to the payment method used (i.e., credit card or PayPal)

After an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. The shipping timelines below start after an order has been processed.  For example, an order placed on a Friday, with 2-day shipping, will ship the following Monday-Wednesday, and should arrive between Wednesday-Friday pending no issues with the carrier.

Sure, but that’s not really how this works.  Our boxes all ship flat and empty. You will need to fold it into a box, put your real gift inside, and wrap it before the pranking magic can happen.

No. As long as they don’t open that package the Prank Pack will remain hidden inside with the only clue being the Prank-O name on the shipping label.

That’s not good, but we are here to help. If you haven’t done so already, find and open the shipping confirmation email you received. It will include a tracking number, and will give you the status of your order. If the tracking information says it was delivered, we recommend you check the back door, front door, your creepy neighbor’s house, or any other place you can think it might be. You may also want to check with your family members or roommates to see if they grabbed it by accident. We don’t mean to insult your intelligence here, but you’d be surprised how often a missing package shows up in one of those places. Seriously, like 9 out of 10 times. We didn’t actually do the math but it’s probably in the ballpark. Still no order? Please send us an email with your name, order number, and what was ordered. Then we’ll work with you to crack the case.

We’ve invested heavily in building the greatest fleet of fulfillment robots and delivery drones the world has ever seen, but they occasionally make mistakes. Please send us an email with your order number and what’s missing or damaged. After that we’ll get it straightened out.

Oh, boy. This again? Alright, here we go. Prank Packs are empty gift boxes designed to be used as practical jokes. The product depicted on the box you ordered does not actually exist, and the world is better off for it. We try to make this as clear as possible by explaining this on almost every page. We also had you check a box to confirm you understood you were buying a gift box before completing your order. If you still want to email us and admit that you didn’t understand, we promise to be nice, but understand we will be laughing at you around the water cooler.
